Kelly,
The results are back from the lung perfusion study and are encouraging (see below). The left lung receives 56% of the flow, the right lung receives 44% of the flow. Given that his right lung was smaller at birth and had minimal flow for a period of time I find this promising. I spoke with Dr. Divekar who was equally pleased, I will also forward these results along to Dr. Davis.
Dr. Divekar thought we could wait up to a year for follow-up but I plan on seeing him as previously scheduled on June 13th with an echo.

Radiopharmaceuticals:
1. Tc-99m macroaggregated albumin 1.6 mCi IV at 1015.
History: Patient with followup of absent right pulmonary artery status
post repair. Please evaluate perfusion only.
Procedure: Following the IV administration of Tc-99m macroaggregated
albumin, 8 corresponding planar perfusion images were obtained.
Findings: There is homogeneous uptake seen in bilateral lungs left
greater than right.
Perfusion: Left Right
upper 13% 10%
middle 25% 20%
lower 18% 14%
Total 56% 44%
IMPRESSION
Impression:
Homogeneous perfusion seen in bilateral lungs, left perfusion is
somewhat greater than right.
